You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
