Forklift operator — City of Winchester

We are recruiting: we are hiring a forklift operator in City of Winchester, Virginia. You will be based on a factory shop floor. On a typical shift you will keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
