Dishwasher — Calcasieu Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
