Food and beverage server wanted in Atascosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Atascosa County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant. You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
