Automotive paint technician — Taylor County

Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Taylor County, Texas. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
