Tyre fitter wanted in City of Danville

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre fitter in City of Danville, Virginia. The job is at a car service centre. Your main tasks: • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
