Kitchen porter wanted in Sandusky County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
