Gas service engineer wanted in Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Lawrence County, Kentucky. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls 1+ years on the tools preferred.
