We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £2,000 per month, based on your experience.
