Production welder — Henderson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Henderson County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time, day shift. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
