Glass and glazing technician — Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Franklin County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
