Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Rotating shifts.
