Roofing labourer wanted in The Scottish Borders

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing labourer in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. The job is at a busy roofing firm. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
