You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
