On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time, day shift.
