External wall insulation fitter — City of Edinburgh

We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. The job is on a construction site. The role involves measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Full-time with occasional weekends.
