Tube and fitting scaffolder — Pender County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Pender County, North Carolina. The job is on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Your main tasks: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid 6+ years on the tools preferred.
