Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Granville County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On the job you will handle: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience.
