What we are looking for: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain The role involves: • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
