Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Suffolk County, New York. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter The role involves install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; install toughened and laminated safety glass; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; replace cracked or broken window panes. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
