Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Herefordshire, England. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £2,750 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
