Concrete finisher • Lincoln County, Maine

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Lincoln County, Maine. You will be based at an infrastructure site. Your main tasks: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Six days a week, one day off.
