Fine-dining server • Marinette County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Marinette County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 5+ years on the tools preferred.
