Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
