Domestic gas engineer — Faulkner County

Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Faulkner County, Arkansas. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time, day shift.
