We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Meals and transport allowance provided.
