Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. You will work at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 2+ years on the tools preferred.
