Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
