Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
