Scooter delivery rider — Nantucket County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scooter delivery rider in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. Requirements: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Your main tasks: • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding Rotating shifts. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
