Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Mason County, Illinois. You will work on a construction site. The role involves: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
