Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Williams County, North Dakota. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
