Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Boone County, Indiana. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
