Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Bergen County, New Jersey. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
