Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift.
