Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hillsdale County, Michigan. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
