Safety officer — Belknap County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Belknap County, New Hampshire. On a typical shift you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours.
