We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
