Urgent requirement: cnc lathe operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Washington County, North Carolina. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
