Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Sac County, Iowa. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. The role involves seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; replace cracked or broken window panes. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Part-time with flexible hours.
