Great opportunity: gtaw welder (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Rabun County, Georgia. The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
