On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
