Presser — North Lincolnshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in North Lincolnshire, England. You will be based at a garment factory. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On the job you will handle: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Full-time with occasional weekends.
