Panel painter — Churchill County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel painter in Churchill County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
