Great opportunity: brick and block layer (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a renovation and extension job. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) On a typical shift you will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
