Brick mason wanted in Panola County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Panola County, Mississippi. The job is at a residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
