You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports You will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
