We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Eaton County, Michigan. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
