Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble fitter in Gilchrist County, Florida. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. On a typical shift you will polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
