Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections 1+ years on the tools preferred.
